To anticipate future needs, Hitachi High-Technologies will draw on well-established advanced technologies with proven track records to provide a total response that covers the development, manufacture, proposal of optimal systems and servicing of the equipment required to manufacture the electronic devices used in manufacturing, control, and testing systems and equipment.

These advanced technologies include scanning electron microscopes for high-resolution measurement, a field in which the Company is a global leader, as well as semiconductor process and yield management systems.

As a "global business creator" focusing on nanotechnology, Hitachi High-Technologies will provide systems and equipment fully capable of achieving the results that our customers demand.

I have organized the members and teams of Tokyo Hitachi High-Technologies and Shanghai Hitachi High-Technologies, making sales about China market especially for Taiwan costumers as well. Not only sales, but also making an organization including maintenance service, and a system to satisfy costumers is being adjusted.

In China market, quite many customers are using our semiconductor equipments and analysis equipments. In order to get the first market share even five years later, we will make efforts to upgrade our members¡¯ skill.
